SinglePoint Builders works with homeowners, owner reps, architects, and designers on full-home remodels and ground-up builds throughout the North Bay. From early planning through final completion, we manage the people, materials, schedule, and details required to get the work done right.
01 — Get to Know the Project
We start by learning about the home, site, project scope, and your goals. We also review where you are in the design process, who is involved, and what needs to happen before construction can begin.
For remodels, that may include existing conditions and potential challenges within the home. For new construction, we look at the site, plans, permitting, and the overall path to build.
Even if you don't have a design team picked out, we can help put you in front of the right design team for your project based on your specific goals.
Before construction begins, we review the drawings, develop the scope, build the budget, and establish the schedule.
During this phase we coordinate with the architect, designer, and subcontractors; identify long-lead materials; and work through details that could affect cost, timing, or construction. The goal is to have a clear plan before work starts on site.

03 — Build and Manage
Our team manages the job from start to finish. We complete the majority of work with our team of carpenters and laborers, then bring in trusted, pre-qualified subcontractors for specialized work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing.
Throughout construction, we coordinate the schedule, manage the jobsite, communicate with the project team, and stay focused on the details in the drawings and finishes.
04 — Finish Strong
As the project nears completion, we coordinate final installations, review the work, and complete punch-list items.
We walk the project with the homeowner, provide a comprehensive folder with all manuals and important information; make sure key systems and finishes are complete, and prepare the home for final handoff.
