UPDATED Phase II
Several years after completing the original addition and renovation, SinglePoint Builders returned to this Tiburon residence to execute a second phase of work. They worked to continue the evolution of the home with the same level of precision and care.
This phase focused on a targeted interior remodel, reconfiguring existing living space to create a new primary bedroom suite by transforming a former living room into a private retreat. An existing media room and den were also renovated to include a built-in bar and custom media cabinetry.
White oak cabinetry and ceiling cladding were integrated throughout, introducing warmth and material continuity while elevating the overall finish quality. The result is a cohesive update that builds upon the foundation established in Phase I, reinforcing the value of thoughtful planning and long-term collaboration.
