Ross ADU & Site Improvements
This project focused on the construction of a pool house / ADU and auxiliary living space designed to support both indoor and outdoor living. The scope included a spacious living area, bedroom, and two bathrooms, one of which incorporates a dedicated laundry area. Careful coordination was required to integrate the structure with the surrounding custom new pool and outdoor seating areas, aligning with the functional indoor-outdoor living demands of Northern California residential builds.
