2025 Year Recap: Building Momentum, Strengthening Our Foundation

2025 was a year of steady progress and meaningful growth at SinglePoint Builders. While the early months of the year were focused on closing out projects that began in 2024, momentum then quickly picked up as new opportunities came online throughout the spring and summer.

One of the highlights of the year was the completion of Ross ADU & Site Improvements, delivered in close collaboration with John Clarke Architects, Alison Pickart Interiors, and Roth LaMotte Landscape Architecture. This project reflects the level of coordination, craftsmanship, and execution that defines our work. Designed to support Northern California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the scope required careful integration between new construction, site improvements, interior finishes, and outdoor living spaces.

Construction activity increased with the start of our Petaluma estate project, followed closely by new builds in Point Richmond and San Anselmo. These projects brought a strong finish to the year and positioned our team heading into 2026 with an active pipeline and exciting work underway.

Investing in Our Team

2025 also marked important internal growth. We welcomed two new Superintendents, Matt Elliott and Geoff Celia, strengthening our on-site leadership and expanding our ability to manage complex residential projects simultaneously. Building the right team is essential to maintaining high standards across every job site, and we’re proud of the experienced field leadership supporting our work.

Looking Ahead: The Value of Preconstruction Planning

As the market continues to evolve and competition increases, one thing has become increasingly clear: strong preconstruction planning matters more than ever. While not every builder prioritizes this level of upfront coordination, it’s one of the key factors that sets SinglePoint Builders apart.

For us, preconstruction isn’t about offering inflated pricing or vague estimates. It’s about building a realistic, transparent budget based on the actual scope of work shown in the plans. And, just as importantly, it’s based on the ongoing conversations between the client, architect, engineers, and construction team. From the very beginning, clients work closely with Brant Hill, our President & CEO, who remains actively involved in overseeing project planning, scope alignment, and overall direction. This hands-on leadership ensures consistency, clarity, and accountability from concept through construction.

When projects move forward without fully defined scopes, it can create gaps between expectations and reality. Features or design elements that aren’t documented early can lead to budget adjustments later in the process. That’s why we emphasize early collaboration, clear allowances, and a thorough review of project details before construction begins.

Our goal is to provide clients with the most accurate picture possible from day one. This helps avoid surprises, manage costs responsibly, and keep projects moving smoothly once construction is underway.

Moving Into 2026

As we head into the new year, we’re carrying strong momentum from 2025 while continuing to refine the systems and processes that support long-term project success. We look forward to breaking ground on new builds, expanding our partnerships with architects and designers, and delivering homes that reflect the care and craftsmanship our clients expect.
