Napa and Sonoma County Projects: Big Work, Local Hands
SinglePoint is busy across several exciting projects in Sonoma County, focusing on estate-scale properties and large lots. Our teams, and the subcontractors we work with, are local to the region. We don’t bring in crews from far away. These are local sub-contractors and specialists who know how to work the land and respect it.
Petaluma Project
The Petaluma site has been a hive of activity. From big earth-moving operations to framing underway, this project demonstrates our capability to take on large-scale, complex builds.
Napa, Sonoma County, & Estate Projects
In these areas, we’re building on land with no existing infrastructure. Extensive grading and foundation work have been completed, and the scale of the work is something we love to showcase - photos barely capture it! These types of projects are exactly what the SinglePoint team thrives on: ambitious builds that require careful planning, local expertise, and the right team.
Many of our projects involve large estate properties - 10-acre lots where attention to detail, earthwork, drainage, and retaining walls are critical. Not every construction company can handle this scale, but our network of local subcontractors and seasoned team members ensures each project runs smoothly from preconstruction through completion.
Why Scale and Expertise Matter
Owner and president Brant leads every project personally - from estimating and preconstruction to project management. This continuity ensures financial oversight, hiring the right subcontractors, and keeping every aspect of the build on track. Larger companies might pass a project between departments or managers, but at SinglePoint, Brant stays deeply involved. The pre-construction process alone can take up to a year, but that care and attention translate into better outcomes and a higher level of service for our clients.
Again, we choose to grow with purpose. Staying this size allows us to maintain one-on-one relationships with our clients and provide the high-level expertise that estate-scale projects deserve.

The landscape of Sonoma and Napa Counties continues to evolve, and with it comes new opportunities for thoughtful, large-scale residential building.
